Three-time Grammy and Latin Grammy-winning percussionist, producer, composer and member of Snarky Puppy, Marcelo Woloski joins singer and songwriter, producer, and faculty at Berklee College of Music Joanna Kucharczyk in a musical adventure full of soulful details, world-influenced grooves and fragile textures: Quiet Colors. We will get a taste in more than one sense, as this intimate concert will be accompanied by a tasting of local wines that add an extra sensory note to the music.

Famous for the wide range of percussion sounds he uses when performing, Marcelo Wolowski has been described as a colourist by his audience. This contributes to the unique character of Quiet Colors, with which he performs both covers and his own compositions. Quiet Colors is a collaboration with Joanna Kucharczyk. Kucharczyk is an award-winning pianist, composer, and singer with a Master of Music from Karol Szymanowski Academy and Bachelor of Music from Fryderyk Chopin Music University. As a musical director, she has worked with organizations like the Harlem School of Arts and New York Musical Improv Festival. Joanna has also won numerous jazz singing competitions and taught master classes in Poland, the USA, Spain, and South Korea.
