Hit The City is all about (re)discovering new music. Lovers of indie and hip-hop, jazz, garage and singer-songwriters will be able to indulge themselves for three days in the weekend of 19 to 21 October. During this free festival, you can discover the most promising acts of the moment, spread more than ten cool locations, including Muziekgebouw Eindhoven! Be surprised by a line-up of over 50 acts and collectives.

Be inspired and touched by Morpheus' beautifully powerful voice. The Amsterdam-based singer-songwriter makes cinematic pop music that lends itself to 'chanson'. Yet Morpheus has a contemporary writing style that gives his music a unique twist. He knows how to bend his voice into melancholic curves in his emotionally charged songs, often needing no more than a gentle musical accompaniment.

Inspired by Jacques Brel and Kate Busch, his debut EP: 'Morphosis', is all about telling real stories with soulful vocals. For Morpheus, beauty lies not in a perfect recording, but in capturing the moment. His full voice grabs you from the first note and goosebumps guaranteed. From the very first sounds, he draws you into the spell of his music and knows how to touch the audience deeply.
