Muziekgebouw Eindhoven is the perfect place for pop music lovers. Our vibrant halls regularly host fantastic pop concerts, from well-known icons to promising newcomers. Our halls can be transformed into different settings: at a seaated/standing concert, you can either dance close to the stage or pick a seat a bit further up the hall to enjoy the concert sitting down.

  • Jessica Pratt

    Timeless indie folk

    She is one of the most intriguing singer-songwriters of the moment: Jessica Pratt. Her distinctive, mystical voice and impressive guitar playing draw you in from the very first note of her dreamy indiefolk songs. With the albums 'On Your Own Love Again' and 'Quiet Signs,' Pratt proves her artistic versatility and ability to create timeless music. These mysterious songs and her vulnerable presence are best experienced in an intimate setting. It’s no surprise, then, that she is performing in the Small Hall of Muziekgebouw Eindhoven!

  • NITS

    Dutch pop band celebrates 50 years

    NITS, one of the oldest and most dynamic pop bands in Europe, is celebrating their fiftieth anniversary with a brand-new tour. A significant part of their impressive history is based on major hits like "In The Dutch Mountains," "J.O.S. Days", "Adieu, Sweet Bahnhof," and "Nescio." But what truly makes NITS vibrant is their continual growth as artists. Each album tells its own new story, whether it's "Ting of Les Nuits" or their recent trilogy "Angst," "Knot," and "NEON." To commemorate their anniversary, the band released the album "Tree House Fire" last January. During this concert, the band will perform songs from this album and take you on a journey through their fifty years of music history.

  • MY BABY

    The Dutch/New Zealand trio MY BABY, consisting of lead vocalist Cato van Dijck, her brother Joost as drummer, and guitarist Daniel Johnston, effortlessly combines elements of blues, folk, soul, and funk with world music and trance. Their debut album 'Loves Voodoo!' was released 11 years ago and immediately broke through with hits like 'Singin' In Chains' and 'Out On Gin.' The album was even nominated for an Edison! In their twelve-year career, they have performed at various major festivals such as Glastonbury, Isle of Wight, Sziget, Lowlands, and Pinkpop, and this November, they will be appearing for the first time at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven.

    The sound of the duo Young Gun Silver Fox is easy to describe: relaxed '70s West Coast pop with a touch of the '80s, inspired by legendary bands like The Eagles, The Doobie Brothers, and Hall & Oates. The voices and talents of Andy Platts  (Young Gun) and Shawn Lee (Silver Fox) seem made for each other. This results in enchanting melodies, catchy song structures, and beautiful harmonies. A soulful sound that, despite all its influences, feels completely authentic. Put on their latest album, "Ticket To Shangri-La," and you'll immediately feel like you're cruising through '70s Los Angeles in a convertible.

    A mix of folk, pop, and Latin

    The Puerto Rican-Belgian singer and guitarist Gabriel Ríos broke through in 2004 with his debut album Ghostboy. The song 'Broad Daylight' was even re-released and shot straight to the top of the charts. Since then, Ríos has released an impressive series of eclectic albums, each with its own unique charm. From the Latin/pop debut album 'Ghostboy' to the intimate singer-songwriter record 'This Marauder’s Midnight', and the Spanish-language Latin album 'Flore'; Ríos continues to surprise you time and time again with his versatile musicality.

  • Iris Hond

    Iris Hond has proven herself over the years as an artist of world-class caliber. She performs in major classical concert halls like the Royal Concertgebouw, but also feels equally at home in clubs and on festival stages. She's not only known for her incredible piano playing but also for her ability to captivate audiences with her personal shows. After multiple concert tours and admired performances of Ludovico Einaudi's music, Iris presents her new album this spring, "Dust Awakened By Dawn." On the new record, Iris delves into the true reflection of who she is, without embellishment or mask. This tour takes you into her inner world.

    Lotte Pen represents a new generation of classical musicians. The saxophonist has been heard in concert halls from Tokyo to New York until she decided to radically change course. Nowadays, she writes her own music, drawing influences from pop, neoclassical, and film music. On Spotify, her music attracts tens of thousands of listeners worldwide each month. Lotte has won several awards as a performing saxophonist and was selected as the best producer from East Netherlands. Her music is also regularly featured on national radio stations. In 2020, Lotte created the Music Walk Pilgrim. "A massage for the senses," promises Lotte Pen. Especially for this walk, saxophonist Lotte Pen composed electronic, neoclassical songs that play with your imagination. In 2022, she released her debut album "PELGRIM."

  • Alex Figueira Trio

    He is known as 'the hardest working man in the tropical music industry': Alex Figueira. The Venezuelan-Portuguese musician, producer, and DJ earned this title for good reason! In addition to his solo career, Alex is active in the tropical psych-punk group Fumaca Preta and the Afro-Caribbean psychedelic sensation Conjunto Papa Upa, both of which he founded. He certainly doesn't sit still. And neither will you during this edition of Kaleidoscope! With Figueira's music, you'll feel like you're at a tropical party. This party comes with a musical cocktail of Latin American music, Caribbean influences, danceable cumbia vibes, and elements of funk, soul, and psychedelic music. Tonight, Alex, along with two musician friends, will create a dance party at M.

With the show "Bouke Rocks Elvis," Bouke brings the authentic Elvis magic to Eindhoven, accompanied by the ElvisMatters Band, brass players, and backing vocalists. A concert featuring both well-known and lesser-known Elvis songs, including numerous goosebump-inducing moments where, if you close your eyes, you can almost hear The King himself.

The acclaimed Christmas album 'Gloria' by Clean Pete has evolved in recent years into a spectacular performance featuring guest artists from various music genres. A philosophical contemplation and classical music are seamlessly interspersed with glamorous musical extravagances. All emotions are showcased in a show that intertwines the sacred and the chaotic. A choir sings, the band rocks, and even pain is acknowledged. Sisters Loes and Renée Wijnhoven, better known as Clean Pete, are celebrating their deep love for Christmas and Christmas music with a surprising show at Muziekgebouw Eindhoven this year as well!

    With "De Diepte" and her participation in the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest, S10 broke through to the general public. She is now rightly called the crown princess of Dutch alternative pop. Through rap, singing, and spoken word, S10 tells her most personal stories. With millions of streams to her name, collaborations with major Dutch artists such as BLØF, Wende, and Ronnie Flex, and multiple Edisons and 3FM Awards, S10 stands at the top of the Dutch music scene.

This spectacular musical ensemble is turning Christmas traditions upside down this year and hosting a lively, vibrant, and folky Christmas celebration called 'Komt van een Koude Kerstmis Thuis' (Comes Home from a Cold Christmas). The guys are famous for hits like 'Joost', 'Little Red Riding Hood', 'Hela Hola', and 'Let It Blow', and in addition to these hits, they'll be playing their (new) Christmas hits.   • Karsu & Amsterdam Sinfonietta

    Karsu Dönmez, better known by her stage name Karsu, began her career with performances at her father's restaurant in Amsterdam. Since then, the Dutch-Turkish singer has transitioned to performing on major stages around the world. With her unique blend of pop, jazz, and Turkish music, Karsu has performed in over twenty countries, including three appearances at the famous Carnegie Hall in New York, at the prestigious North Sea Jazz Festival, and as the headliner of our very own jazz festival So What's Next in 2022. In 2025, Karsu returns to Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and uniquely blends her music with the strings of Amsterdam Sinfonietta during this New Year's tour.

  • Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats

    Performing "Nell’ Ora Blu"

    The English doom/stoner band Uncle Acid & The Deadbeats has grown into a cult band in psychedelic rock over the past fifteen years. With their new album "Nell' Ora Blu," the band takes a radical turn. The album listens like a soundtrack to a non-existent film and is a tribute to Giallo, the Italian crime cinema of the seventies. Crime and horror are artistically combined and complemented by auditory guest appearances from top stars of the Italian giallo and poliziotteschi film genres, including Franco Nero and Edwige Fenech. Especially for this album, the band is embarking on a modest tour through Europe, stopping in Eindhoven as the only Dutch city for a special and intimate concert.

  • Simeon Walker

    Neoclassical pianist and composer from Leeds

    British pianist and composer Simeon Walker has rapidly become one of the leading figures in the neoclassical scene with his albums "Mono" (2017) and "Winnow" (2020). His music and live performances range from soft, calm, and quiet to powerful, exuberant, and flowing, reflecting the human experience. Walker began his musical education at a young age and quickly developed a passion for the piano. His style is influenced by a wide range of musical genres and artists, from classical composers such as Frédéric Chopin and Erik Satie to contemporary neoclassical artists like Nils Frahm and Ólafur Arnalds. Walker has opened for artists such as Neil Cowley, LYR, Submotion Orchestra, Erland Cooper, and S. Carey, but tonight he takes the stage for a solo concert at M!

Pop music is characterised by rhythmic beats, rousing vocal lines and catchy melodies. This genre appeals to a large group of people for a reason: the word "pop" is derived from the word "popular". At our pop concerts, you will enjoy the most diverse styles within this genre, from rock to folk and from singer-songwriter to Dutch folk singers. 

Many international heroes have already given us unforgettable pop concerts. But even the biggest Dutch names are more than happy to make an appearance on our stage.
