Terms & conditions

• By participating in the contest, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.
• To be eligible for the prize, which includes a flight ticket and two tickets to the festival, you must respond through the official channels of Muziekgebouw Eindhoven or Eindhoven Airport where the contest is posted.
• It is not necessary to post multiple responses, whether on different channels or not.
• The contest runs until Thursday, August 8, 2024.
• The winner will be notified personally by Muziekgebouw Eindhoven via a private message. Therefore, keep an eye on your messages on Friday, August 9, 2024.
• Participants who do not receive a message on Friday, August 9, 2024, have not won the contest. No further notification will be provided.
• Muziekgebouw Eindhoven compensates its CO2 emissions by planting trees through Trees for All.
• The winner and the guest from Poland will be photographed at Eindhoven Airport as the winners of the contest. These photos will be published for PR purposes related to the contest via the official channels of Muziekgebouw Eindhoven and Eindhoven Airport.
• The prize is not transferable to third parties.
• The winner will purchase their own flight tickets (Economy class) and can claim the cost (up to €60) by presenting the payment receipt to Muziekgebouw Eindhoven. The money will then be transferred within 10 working days.
• The prize can only be used in conjunction with a visit to Witaj Eindhoven.
• The contest is only valid for flights from Poland.
