Haken
British progressive metal bandi.c.w. EffenaarTue 17 Sep ’24When it comes to progressive rock, Haken is the name that springs to mind. Since the sextet from England began making music in 2004, they have been one of the most adventurous bands within their genre. Each album they have released is unique, but they are connected by their unpredictable time signatures and distinctive songwriting and vocals. Their most recent album, "Fauna," epitomizes this diversity at its best. Haken describes the album as their 'sonic rainforest', where they blend old sounds with new, daring ideas. During this concert, they will perform "Fauna" in its entirety, as well as a selection of their older work.

In 2023, he performed at the prestigious Fringe Comedy Festival, and to top it off, he released a Netflix special.
