Thirty years ago, the masters of swing Benjamin Herman and DJ Graham B took to the stage together for the first time. Since then, the New Cool Collective has evolved into an 8-piece jazz monster that travels the world. Their well-known danceable mix of jazz, soul, cumbia, and African music captures attention, as seen in their collaborations with Tony Allen, Mapacha Africa, Andrew Roachford, Jules Deelder, Typhoon, Guus Meeuwis, Matt Bianco, Thierno Koité, and Georgie Fame. Tonight, on the eve of So What's Next 2024, you'll have the chance to enjoy live the new album that these men are releasing this fall.

The festival on Saturday, November 2, offers an inspiring selection of contemporary jazz with an adventurous mix of established names and promising rising stars in funk, jazz, hip-hop, R&B, and rock. Each act has a unique sound, but they all share one common characteristic: they all push the boundaries of jazz. The first five names for the festival have been announced: guitar legend Al Di Meola (exclusive concert in the Netherlands), the iconic saxophonist Branford Marsalis with his quartet, rising saxophone star Lakecia Benjamin, singer Michelle David with The True-tones, and Dutch saxophonist Hans Dulfer with Dulfer! Total Response. You won't want to miss it!
